RUN CLUB+
This program allows you to train on your time while providing support and accountability of our running group, and specialized coaching by Coaches Laura and Beth. We are so happy to have Laura and Beth coach this session and provide support, connection and motivation for beginner and intermediate runners. Let’s tackle new running goals and come out of this stronger than ever! Following our professional training plan designed for women will help you meet your running goals safely.
Here are some details about our Run Club+ 8 Week Session:
- Once a week in-person coach led run will take place. Run Club+ in-person classes will meet every week to run. (Optional)
- You will receive an extensive client guide that includes tips for getting started, for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), and nutrition tips for fueling during training. Tips on running form, running with a stroller, how to avoid common injuries and much more.
- A personalized training plan with hands on coaches.
- Daily reach out posts for education, connection, and accountability.
- Weekly emails and a weekly check ins.
- Access to FIT4MOM on Demand, a program allows to you get your cross training days done at home. ($14 monthly value) including challenges!
- You will be part of a small online group for accountability, motivation, and peer support.

- Finish our in-person Run Club+ with a race! (Training program does not include race fees) *optional
